Share Your Light

Who We Are:
No Street Lights Podcast started with Aaron Ash and
Tim “Mothy” Brunicardi, two U.S. Navy veterans who both served as Master-at-Arms and both came away from that chapter of life carrying their own mental health challenges.
Through a lot of introspection, retrospection, and the influence of the incredible guests we’ve had along the way, No Street Lights has grown into a space built around honest conversation, empathy, perspective, and action.
We want people to feel understood, challenged, and encouraged to think a little deeper about themselves and the people around them. Not just to talk about what hurts, but to figure out what we can actually do with what we’ve learned.
That’s what “Share Your Light” means to us.
Our Inspiring Story
What started as two friends having raw, late-night conversations about pain, purpose, and healing slowly evolved into something much bigger.
We were just two veterans, Aaron and Tim, navigating life after service, trying to make sense of our own struggles with mental health. We didn’t have all the answers, but we had each other, and we had real conversations. Conversations about trauma. About loss. About finding light in the darkest places.
At first, it was just a podcast. But it didn’t take long before the messages started pouring in, people telling us they finally felt seen, understood, and less alone. That’s when we knew we had something worth building on.
No Street Lights Inc. became more than a name, it became a promise:
That no one has to walk through the dark alone.

Why We Do This
At No Street Lights Inc., we started with one belief: no one should have to walk through the dark alone.
What began as a podcast between two veterans exploring mental health has grown into a nonprofit rooted in compassion, connection, and community. We’ve built a movement that empowers individuals to speak openly about anxiety, depression, trauma, and healing, especially in underserved spaces where silence has been the norm for too long.
From powerful conversations to practical programs, we’re committed to illuminating the path forward through advocacy, education, and support. Our mission isn’t just to raise awareness, it’s to spark action, provide resources, and change lives.
Whether you’re here to listen, learn, heal, or help, you’re part of our light.
